At what speed will the server I am on be connected to the Internet? -
1st Design has 4 Internet connections ranging from T3 45MB) to OC3 (155MB) in size. Because our connections are true peering points utilizing BGP4 and we maintain our own internal network, 1st Design is not dependent on any single Internet connection. 1st Design has backbone connections with Sprint, Cable & Wireless, Savvis Communications, and GTE Internetworking.

No, we do not. We find that companies offering both hosting and dial-up access seem to lack in supporting their customers.

How do I create custom error pages? -
1)Create a file called .htaccess with the following inside of it:
------------ .htaccess ----------- (do not write this line)
ErrorDocument 403 http://www.yoursite.com/403.html (Forbidden Error)
ErrorDocument 404 http://www.yoursite.com/404.html (File Not Found Error)
ErrorDocument 500 http://www.yoursite.com/500.html (Internal Server Error)
------------ EOF ----------- (do not write this line)
2)Upload your .htaccess file into your main web directory where your index.html file is located. It is a hidden file so it will disappear.
3)Upload the custom error pages that you have made to your main web directory. Name them according to their error:
403.html - Forbidden Error
404.html - File Not Found Error
500.html - Internal Server Error
4)Smile
- You don't have to use all the error documents, any wich are let down will use our default error pages.
- If you don't write the path to your error document correctly, you will have a 404 error added to any other error you had previously.
