What is my SMTP and POP3 server? -
Your POP3(incoming) mail server is be
mail.yourdomain.com
Your SMTP(outgoing) mail server is your ISPs SMTP server.
Please understand that we currently do not provide SMTP service and users must contact their Internet Providers in order to receive the correct SMTP server information. SMTP is used to send outgoing e-mail, and because of the high potential for abuse, we can't offer this service at this time.

When I try creating a user I get the following error...'User name already exists' -
The reason that error occurs is because someone else on the server you are on is already using the user name you are trying to create.
In order to receive email for the user you are trying to create just create a unique user name and put the name of the person you want to receive email for in the email alias blank.

How do I add an e-mail alias/forwarding? -
Here's how:
Go to your Personal Control Panel. Click on the blue mail envelope icon next the user(right side of the screen). If you would like to add a forward put the email address you want your email to be forwarded to in the 'Forward Email To' box. To create aliases for an email address put them in the 'Email Aliases' box.
Example: Let's say you want to create an alias at surf@yourdomain.com and you want this to automatically be forwarded to your webmasters email address surf@earthlink.net. So, the 'Forward Email To' box would have 'surf@earthlink.net' in it, and the alias box would have 'surf' in it.
